If you have slept on a bed made in Indonesia — or ridden in a car built here — our materials were probably part of it.
Most of the padding used by Indonesia's five largest bedding groups is made by us, and a large share of their finished products is sewn here. So is bedding for a US furniture brand and a European home retailer.

03 — FROM FILL TO FINISHED

We make our own fill. We do our own sewing. Only the fabric comes from outside — yours, or sourced to your spec.

We control quality at every stage — fill, quilting, sewing and finishing — so you receive consistent, export‑ready products. On CMT you supply the face fabric; we provide fill, stitching, accessories and inner shells. FOB is available on most items. Our fill is made mainly from recycled polyester fibre — virgin fibre when your spec calls for it.

Around 200 people cut, sew, inspect and pack in Cianjur. Pay, working hours and employee welfare follow Indonesian government regulations — not because a buyer's audit asks for it, but because a stable, well‑treated team is what makes the two‑hundredth carton match the first.
