04 — QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK
Clear answers.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity to start a conversation. If you're launching a brand, the first order is the hardest one — we treat it as the start of a relationship, not a one‑off job. Small pilot runs are normal here. Tell us the quantity you can sell and we will quote it honestly, along with prices for larger quantities.
Do you make samples before an order?
Yes. Sample first, order later: a physical counter sample sewn on production lines, revised until you approve it. For new brands, sample cost shouldn't be the thing that stops you — tell us where you are and we'll keep the first step light.
CMT or FOB?
CMT if you already source fabric. FOB if you want one supplier end‑to‑end. Most clients start CMT and move to FOB as volumes grow.
Where does the fill come from?
We make it — polyester fibre fill produced in‑house, with selected raw fibre imported from Korea and abroad.
How do export orders ship?
Through your nominated forwarder or agent. Same‑day trucking to Tanjung Priok; documents and marking to your market.
